Recruitment Process

Phone Call from Homecare Medical

One of our Human Resources team will give you a call to talk about your experience, why you'd like to work for Homecare Medical and check out whether you'd be a great fit. It's also your chance to ask any questions you may have.

Face to Face or Skype Interview

If you're successful, we'll invite you to an in-person or Skype interview.


We'll ask you to complete a scenario based assessment to see your clinical skills and how you build rapport with service users.
