About the role | Atu mo te mahi

The Service and Support Advisor (SASA) role is to answer, prioritise and respond to calls into the National Telehealth Service, Virtual Reception Lines and Out of Hours Services. 

Using Decision Support Software and other technological support, the SASA will work in close partnership with external Stakeholders, their Team Manager, People Leaders, Clinical Support Nurses and other Homecare Medical team members to ensure that service users do not experience any delay when accessing health services or information. 


About you| Pehea koe 

  • Proven experience working within a call centre, taking inbound calls
  • Current technical skills with various applications such as MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Although not essential, Medical Receptionist or Healthcare experience would be preferred
  • Customer service experience and a strong customer service ethic
  • The ability to speak different languages would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high stress environment
