Our Mental Health service is all about variety - our team supports Kiwis via phone, text, webchat, email and online forums. Every call is different, and our team works across multiple platforms 24/7 talking to New Zealanders about a range of issues, including alcohol, gambling, drug addictions, anxiety, depression or just for someone to talk to.
If you're compassionate, tech savvy, like to multi-task and want to work with like-minded colleagues, then you'll fit right in with the Mental Health services whānau.

We employ both Advisors and Professionals to work from one of our Call Centres in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
Advisors utilise their previous experience or qualifications in counselling.
Professionals maintain extensive experience and full registration with a professional body (such as DAPAANZ or NZAC). These roles are open to work from home with certain conditions.

Yes! To be considered, you will have an existing level of experience or knowledge. We will provide full training on our systems and processes, followed by precepting.

We employ people to work 24, 32 or 40 hours per week if based from home.
We will consider 20 hours per week if you are based from one of our Call Centres (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch).
